Obtaining Student Tickets
Men's and Women's Basketball: O-Zone, and the Longhorn All-Sports Package (LASP)
The O-Zone defines the official Erwin Center student seating sections for Texas Basketball. There is an O-Zone in the arena level and an O-Zone in the mezzanine section. All O-Zone seats are general admission. THERE IS HIGH DEMAND FOR O-ZONE SEATS. You must plan ahead and be sure you have already purchased a Longhorn All-Sports Package (LASP) before attempting to sit in the O-Zone. With your print-at-home ticket and valid UT ID, you may enter the Erwin Center at either entrance D (northeast) or F (southeast) of the Frank Erwin Center beginning 60-minutes prior to tip-off.
On basketball game day, in order to get a seat within the O-Zone:
- Show up EARLY at the Frank Erwin Center [O-Zone-entrance D (northeast) or F (southeast)];
- Have a valid UT ID (you must be a registered UT student);
- Have your print-at-home ticket;
- Students who have the LASP, will receive a wrist band and the opportunity to be seated in the arena level O-Zone seats. Once the arena O-Zone seats are full, there are additional O-Zone seats in the mezzanine in sections 78, 79 and 81.
If you forget your print-at-home ticket, you may enter with your valid UT ID provided seats are still available.
Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball and Tennis
LASP holders are admitted free upon presentation of their valid UT ID at the door or ticket window as long as seats are available. For baseball, there may be an advance draw for certain high demand games (such as Texas A&M). In these situations, information on advance draws is available through the Tickets link at TexasSports.com.
Cross Country, Golf, Rowing, Swimming and Diving, and Track and Field
Regular season events are open to the public at no charge. Check TexasSports.com for specific event details and schedules. LASP holders may gain free admittance to the annual Texas Relays with presentation of their valid UT ID at the gate as long as seats are available.
The Football Draw
An LASP ticket draw is a per game distribution of tickets at the Red McCombs Red Zone Student Ticket Office for football games. Students that only purchase the LASP (and not the LASP Season Ticket) may participate in the draw process for all home games and one away game (OU). Draw tickets may be obtained, as long as available, at no additional cost (except for OU) upon presentation of a valid UT ID. Information on draw schedules will be available at TexasSports.com. Draw hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Red McCombs Red Zone Student Ticket Office.
Texas-Oklahoma and Other Away Football Games
Only those students that purchase both the LASP and the student season ticket are eligible to receive tickets for the OU game and other high demand away games initially.
LASP student season ticket holders have the first opportunity to purchase Texas-OU tickets at full price through the student season ticket order process. LASP holders who do not purchase a student season ticket, as well as student season ticket holders that were not already allocated an OU ticket, have the opportunity to purchase one Texas-OU football game ticket per LASP through the draw system at full price. (See the draw schedule for the date of the draw and draw policies.) No guest tickets will be available for purchase unless tickets remain after the designated draw period. There will be a limited number of draw tickets available for those who were not previously allocated an OU ticket.
For other high demand away games LASP holders who do not purchase the student season ticket will only be eligible to purchase tickets to these games if tickets remain after student season ticket holder requests are processed.
Student Priority System
For football away games and postseason events, student reserved seat season ticket holders have first priority on available LASP seats. Reserved seat season ticket orders are filled according to the ticket holder's classification according to University records. Orders are filled beginning with seniors, followed by graduate students, juniors, sophomores, and freshmen. Group orders are filled according to the lowest classified member of the group. Any remaining tickets will be distributed to other LASP holders.
Guest Tickets
An LASP holder who has purchased the LASP Season Ticket is eligible to purchase one Guest Season Ticket at full price ($395) to be seated with them at all home games. For individual games, tickets that remain three days AFTER the designated draw will be made available for students to purchase at full price.
Distribution of Tickets
All LASP Season Tickets, including Guest Season Tickets, will be sent via email directly to the student. Tickets are sent as an attachment in .pdf format which may then be printed. Each ticket can then be brought to each corresponding game where it will be scanned for admission.
For a fee of $30, students can choose Will Call to have hard tickets printed instead. Will Call will be available for pickup from the Red McCombs Red Zone Student Ticket Office.
All away game tickets must be picked up at the Red McCombs Red Zone Student Ticket Office.
LASP Season Ticket (Football)
Students are able to upgrade to season tickets by purchasing the LASP Season Ticket for $70 in addition to the LASP. Therefore, for $150, a student can secure a guaranteed reserved ticket to all home games. In addition, the student will have the opportunity to purchase one Guest Season Ticket at full price ($395) to be seated with them at all home games. Also, those students that purchase the LASP Season Ticket will have the option of creating/joining a group. This student will have priority in regard to postseason and away game sales, too, including OU. All LASP Season Tickets, including Guest Season Tickets, will be sent via email directly to the student. Otherwise, for a fee of $30, students can choose Will Call to have hard tickets printed instead. Will Call will be available for pickup from the Red McCombs Red Zone Student Ticket Office.
LASP Season Ticket Seating Groups
LASP Season Ticket holders have the option to create/join a seating group. When ordering your tickets look for the 'Create Group' or 'Join Group' links, and follow the instructions on the site in order to sit with other students. It is the responsibility of each group to protect the password used to join a group. A group must be selected from the drop-down menu for both season tickets and away game tickets, if a student desires to be seated with other students. The UT Athletics Ticket Office is unable to change, add or delete student group members.

No Smoking Policy
DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted only outside of the stadium or in an area outside the stadium proper that is within the stadium secured areas.
Pass-Out/Return Policy
UT Athletics will continue to offer pass-out/return chits to patrons who depart the stadium grounds during home football games. However, the pass-out procedure will be available only through half-time of games. Any patron departing the stadium after half-time will not be permitted to return to the game.
Patrons should note that the stadium "pass out/return" policy may change in the future.
