Obtaining Faculty/Staff Tickets
Men's and Women's Basketball
Faculty and staff may obtain basketball tickets with the Longhorn All-Sports Package (LASP) by drawing a general admission ticket at the Frank Erwin Center on game night,* or by purchasing a reserved seat season ticket.* For women's basketball only, tickets may also be drawn prior to game night at the Bellmont Hall Athletics Ticket Office or at the Frank Erwin Center Box Office.
Basketball General Admission
Faculty and staff may obtain tickets in the general admission area in the arena, or in sections 78, 79, and 81 in the mezzanine if arena seats are sold out.* To get a seat in the O-Zone, you must draw a ticket at the north or south box office of the Frank Erwin Center on game night with your valid UT ID. The box office opens 90 minutes before tip-off. The first 1,200 LASP holders through the door will be seated in the arena, in general admission seats created especially for those who show up early. Once the first 1,200 arena level general admission seats are filled, LASP holders will be directed to the remaining 800 general admission seats in the mezzanine in sections 78, 79, and 81. For women's basketball only, tickets may also be drawn prior to game night at the Bellmont Hall Athletics Ticket Office.
Reserved Seat Season Basketball Tickets
All faculty and staff who have purchased the LASP may obtain men's and women's basketball tickets by purchasing a reserved seat season ticket for a fee in addition to the price of the LASP. All LASP reserved seat season tickets are located in the mezzanine. LASP holders who have purchased a spouse card may also obtain an adjacent reserved seat season basketball ticket for an additional fee.
Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, and Tennis
LASP holders are admitted free upon presentation of their ID at the door or ticket window as long as seats are available. For baseball, there may be an advance draw for certain high demand games (such as Texas A&M). In these situations, information on advance draws is available through the Tickets link at TexasSports.com.
Cross Country, Golf, Rowing, Swimming & Diving, and Track & Field
Regular season events are open to the public at no charge. Check TexasSports.com for specific event details and schedules. LASP holders may gain free admittance to the annual Texas Relays with presentation of their valid UT ID at the gate as long as seats are available.
The Football Draw
The LASP football ticket "draw" is a per game distribution of tickets at the Athletics Ticket Office. As long as seats are available, each LASP holder may draw a ticket upon presentation of a valid LASP ID. No guest tickets will be available for purchase unless tickets remain after the designated draw period. IF AVAILABLE, guest tickets may be purchased at full price. Information on draw schedules will be available at TexasSports.com, or by calling the Athletics Ticket Office. Draw hours are typically weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Reserved Seat Season Football Tickets
Depending on availability, full-time UT faculty and staff who have a valid LASP may purchase a reserved seat season ticket for an additional $70. There are three plans by which faculty and staff may purchase season tickets.*
PLAN #1
If available, UT Voting Faculty or Code 1000 employees who have purchased the LASP and the reserved seat football season ticket have seats on the east side or north end of the stadium. A UT ID must be presented along with the game ticket to gain admittance into the stadium.
PLAN #2
Depending on availability, all full-time UT employees who have purchased the LASP and the football reserved seat season ticket are seated in the west side upper deck or the north end of the stadium. A UT ID must be presented along with the game ticket to gain admittance into the stadium.
PLAN #3
A full-time UT faculty or staff member who chooses not to purchase the LASP may purchase two discounted reserved seat season football tickets priced at $316 or $260 each -- a 20% discount off the public price. These seats are available on the west side upper deck or north end of the stadium.
*Please note: Existing full-time UT Faculty/Staff season ticket holders who purchased and the spouse card for the 2012 season and purchase their LASP at $80 for 2013, will have the option to renew their “sponsor card” (formerly called spouse card) at $93, and purchase the 2 LASP tickets at $70.

An LASP holder also has the opportunity to purchase one Texas-Oklahoma football game ticket per LASP through the draw system. No guest tickets will be available for purchase unless tickets remain after the designated draw period. There will be a limited number of draw tickets available.
Plan #1: Faculty and staff season ticket holders who are Longhorn Foundation members, and Voting Faculty or Code 1000 employees may request Oklahoma tickets on their season ticket application. If Plan #1 season ticket holders do not receive a ticket or do not opt to purchase Oklahoma tickets on their season ticket application, they may go through the draw to purchase a ticket.
Plan #2 season ticket holders may go through the draw to purchase an Oklahoma ticket. Plan #3 season ticket holders may not participate in the draw because they did not purchase the LASP.
For other away games (besides OU), LASP holders need to contact the Athletics Ticket Office to order tickets.
No Smoking Policy
Beginning with the 2003 football season, in order to be in compliance with University regulations, DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium will be a non-smoking facility. Smoking will be permitted only outside of the stadium or in an area outside the stadium proper that is within the stadium secured areas.
Pass-Out/Return Policy
UT Athletics will continue to offer pass-out/return chits to patrons who depart the stadium grounds during home football games. However, the pass-out procedure will be available only through half-time of games. Any patron departing the stadium after half-time will not be permitted to return to the game.
Patrons should note that the stadium "pass out/return" policy may change in the future.
