FRESHMAN (2008)
Raced in five meets for Texas in her first year as a Longhorn...posted a top 10 finish in her first event in Burnt Orange, placing 10th at the Texas State Invitational in 18:30...finished sixth for Texas and 38th overall at the Texas A&M Invitational (18:47)...clocked a 6K time of 23:52 at the Big 12 Championship, finishing seventh for UT and 89th overall.
PRIOR TO TEXAS
Three-sport letterwinner at The Kinkaid School...earned letters in track and field (2006-07), cross country (2007-08) and soccer (2006-07)...captained the cross country and track and field teams during her senior season...set a school record in the Mile (5:18) as a senior...All-Southwest Preparatory Conference cross country and track and field selection in 2008...claimed the individual title at the SPC cross country meet as a junior...also earned All-SPC honors in cross country and track and field in the mile, two mile and was part of the 4x800 relay team that set a new Kinkaid record.
