Only student tickets remain for volleyball match against Nebraska
AUSTIN, Texas -- General public tickets are now SOLD OUT for No. 5 Texas' Big 12 Conference volleyball match with No. 1 Nebraska on Wednesday, Oct. 24, UT Athletics announced Tuesday afternoon.
UT students who are LASP holders will still have their seats available, but are urged to arrive early for the 6:30 p.m. match before their allotment is used. Texas ranks second in the Big 12 with a 14-3 overall record and a 10-1 conference mark, while Nebraska tops the conference with a 19-0 record and an 11-0 mark in league play. The Texas/Nebraska match will be broadcast nationally on Fox Sports Net at 6:30 p.m. CT with Mark Neely on the play-by-play and former Texas two-sport All-American Erin Aldrich on the color commentary. Tickets are still available for all of Texas' remaining home matches, including its Friday, Nov. 9 matchup with Texas A&M in the State Farm Lone Star Showdown.
