Paolini has recorded four error-free matches so far in Big 12 action ... junior All-America outside hitter Destinee Hooker ranks seventh in the league with a .341 attack mark, while leading the Big 12 with 5.29 points and 4.52 kills per-set ... freshman setter Michelle Kocher paces the conference in league play with 12.03 assists per-set.
 
• Junior opposite hitter Ashley Engle and freshman setter Michelle Kocher claimed the Big 12 Player and Rookie of the Week awards on Oct. 13, marking the third straight week for UT to earn the awards ... Texas has claimed POW four times this season ... Engle averaged 4.79 points, 4.43 kills  and 2.000 digs per-set for the week, while hitting at a .448 clip ... Kocher paced the Longhorns' offense to a .375 attack mark for the week, while registering 13.71 assists and 2.00 digs per-set in UT's victories over Baylor and Colorado. 

• The Horns' current 21-match home winning streak is the third-best in school history and spans from Sept. 7, 2007 to present ... the Longhorns; regular-season winning streak of 21 matches was snapped against Stanford on Aug. 31, but it stands as the third-longest streak in UT history.

• The Longhorns are currently riding a 24-match regular season home winning streak, dating back to Texas' win over Oklahoma on Oct. 21, 2006 ... in 2007 the Longhorns were a perfect 15-0 in the friendly confines of Gregory Gymnasium ... • Senior middle blocker Lauren Paolini has shined in Texas' eight Big 12 Conference matches ... Paolini has only committed five hitting errors in Big 12 play ... she is hitting a Big 12-best .488 on the year and a league-best .591 in conference matches ...  Paolini has notched four error-free efforts in league play ... she committed zero errors and hit at an .800 clip against Nebraska (9/20), recorded zero miscues, while hitting .600 at Kansas (9/27), went error-free and hit 1.000 against No. 17 Kansas State (10/4) and tallied 10 kills on .714 hitting with zero errors at Texas A&M (10/15).
