Sept. 17, 2008 This week, the team tells TexasSports.com what they miss most about home. Juliann Faucette: San Diego, Calif. What I miss most about home is my mom's home cooking. Ashley Engle: Yorba Linda, Calif. The thing I miss most about California is my family and my dog. Lauren Paolini: Ann Arbor, Mich. I miss my mom's home cooking and having dinner already on the table when I get home. Rachael Adams: Cincinnati, Ohio. I miss my room. Heather Kisner: Sugar Land, Texas. I miss my family, my dog and meeting my parents and brothers for lunch during the week. Elizabeth Graham: Cedar Park, Texas. I am not far from home, but I miss my bed. The one I have here is not comfortable. Chelsey Klein: San Diego, Calif. The things I miss the most are my family, the ocean and the weather. And I miss the San Diego Chargers. Clayton Crum: Houston, Texas. I miss my family, my high school friends, my dogs and the great food. Amber Roberson: San Antonio, Texas. I miss the food since my mom doesn't cook for me anymore and I have to choose from a smaller selection.
Kiley Hall: Costa Mesa, Calif. I miss my family, consistent weather, In-N-Out Burger, my friends, Orange County Fair and Trader Joe's. Jennifer Doris: Houston, Texas. I miss my mom's home-cooked meals. Destinee Hooker: San Antonio, Texas. I miss the Alamo, the River Walk and the Tower of the Americas. I also miss my favorite Spurs Tony Parker and Tim Duncan. Michelle Kocher: Wheaton, Ill. The thing I miss most about home is the cold. Just kidding. Sydney Yogi: Honolulu, Hawaii. I'm from Hawaii; what's not to miss? |
