July 21, 2008 AUSTIN, Texas -- The Texas Volleyball team's five player recruiting class has been ranked No. 2 in the nation by Volleyball Magazine. The Longhorns claimed the second spot for the second time this year, also claiming a No. 2 ranking in PrepVolleyball.com's poll. Texas' recruiting class marks the third straight season the Longhorns have captured Volleyball Magazine and PrepVolleyball.com's No. 2 ranking. Head coach Jerritt Elliott's class is comprised of Rachael Adams, a 6-2 middle blocker from Cincinnati, Ohio, 6-2 outside hitter Amber Roberson (San Antonio, Texas), 5-10 setter Michelle Kocher (Wheaton, Ill.), 5-3 libero Sydney Yogi (Honolulu, Hawaii) and 5-6 defensive specialist Clayton Crum (Houston, Texas).
