Richards-Ross and Myers advance at World Championships

DAEGU, Korea - Former Longhorns Sanya Richards-Ross and Marshevet Myers advanced on day two of the 2011 IAAF World Championships.
Defending 400m champion Richards-Ross posted a 50.66 in the semifinal heats to qualify for the final which will be run on Monday. Myers clocked a 11.16 for the seventh-fastest time overall to move on to the semifinals in the 100m.
