• Was part of the All-American 4x100m team that claimed 5th place at the NCAA Championships with a time of 44.06
• Ran a personal best 23.10 in the 200m dash at the NCAA Outdoor Championships
• Finished eighth in the 200m at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships with a time of 23.68
• Placed second in both the 100m and 200m dash at the Victor Lopez Classic with a personal best time of 11.65 and a 23.37 mark respectively
• Won the 200m dash at the Black & Gold Challenge with a time of 23.22
Indoor (Freshman):
• Finished seventh in the 60m with a time of 7.60 at the Don Kirby Invitational
• Finished third in the 200m dash with a time of 23.93 at the Don Kirby Invitational
• Ran to a 7.44 in the 60m dash prelims at the Leonard Hilton Invitational
PRIOR TO TEXAS
· Finished second in the 100m and 200m at the IAFF World Youth Championships in Italy in 2009.
· Earned third-place finishes in the 100m and 200m at the CARIFTA Games in St. Lucia in 2009.
· Participated in the 2008 IAAF World Youth Championships in Poland.
· Won the gold medal in the 200m and the silver in the 100m at the 2008 CARIFTA Games in St. Kitts.
· Was a semi-finalist in the 2007 IAFF World Youth Championships in Czech Republic.
· Won three gold medals at the 2006 Leeward Islands Youth Championships in Nevis.
· Was a finalist at the IAAF World Junior Championships.
· Ran a 200m personal-best of 23.08 which is tied for fastest in the world in the youth ranks.
