Indoor (Freshman):
· Clocked a 59.53 in the 400 meters at the Houston All-Comer's Meet for 12th place.
PRIOR TO TEXAS
· Four-year letterwinner at LBJ High School (2004-08) in track in the 400m and relays for coach Laboris Bean ... also a three-year letterwinner in basketball for coach Renee Brown.
· Team captain for track and all four years... also captained the basketball squad during her freshman and sophomore seasons.
· 4x400-meter relay squad took second at the Class 4A State Championship in 2007. · Was the district and regional champion in the 400m as a freshman...basketball squad also won the district championship.
