Raced in all seven meets during her breakout freshman indoor campaign as a 400m specialist, also competing in the 200m ... ran the anchor leg for UT's 4x400m relay team that notched three of the top 10 times in school history during the 2013 indoor season ... the team placed third at the national meet in a time of 3:30.63, No. 5 on the UT all-time performance list, and claimed the conference title with a time of 3:33.54 ... also qualified for the national meet in the 400m ... received two individual All-Big 12 First Team honors by finishing second in the 400m (PR 52.75) and sixth in the 200m (PR 24.05) ... took third in the 400m (53.09) at the Arkansas Final Qualifier and Tyson Invitational (53.12) ... ran to third place in the 400m (53.10) and fourth in the 200m (23.89) at the Razorback Invitational ... came in third in the 400m (53.52) at the Leonard Hilton Invitational and finished the event in 54.26 for second at the Crimson Tide Indoor in her first race as a Longhorn.

Ran track for Newman Smith High School ... finished the season ranked third in the nation in the 400m in both her junior and senior years ... three-time UIL 4A state champion in the 400m ... also won state titles in the 4x400m relay as a junior and in the 200m and 4x400m as a senior.
