Competed in four meets as a redshirt freshman ... ran a personal-best 4:56.62 in the Mile at the Big 12 Championships, placing ninth in the prelims ... also ran the 3,000m in 9:51.11 (20th) at the conference meet ... posted a pair of 12th-place finishes in the Mile at the Husky Classic (4:58.45) and Razorback Invitational (5:02.07) ... ran a 5:04.67 Mile at the Leonard Hilton Invitational in her first indoor race in a Longhorn uniform.
Cross Country:
Competed in one event, placing fourth overall at the 5K Concordia Invitational in 18:59.77.
2011-12
Outdoor:
Ran a 4:46.76 in the 1500m at the Longhorn Invitational for second place... finished sixth in the 1500m at the Texas Invitational with a season-best time of 4:37.34... recorded a season-best 17:41.86 in the 5000m at Texas Relays... posted a time of 4:38.47 at the TCU Invitational for a third-place finish.
Indoor:
Did not compete.
Cross Country:
Completed the 5K Concordia Invitational in 19:06.36, placing 12th
... crossed the 2-mile Johnny Morris Invite finish line in 13th place (12:06.40).
PRIOR TO TEXAS
Regional qualifier and letterwinner in cross country and track & field for all four years of high school ... notched first place in the 1600m with a time of 4:54, third in the 3200m with a time of 10:37, and 13th overall at the 2011 State Championship meet as a senior ... set school records in cross country at her high school in 2010 and 2011 ... awarded Most Valuable Player in cross country for two consecutive years as a junior and senior.
