CARY, N.C. - Texas posted three singles wins and finished off its weekend stint Sunday afternoon at the Duke Invitational.

Sophomore Elizabeth Begley posted a 6-2, 6-1 win over Alabama's Taylor Lindsey, and freshman Noel Scott added a 6-3, 6-7, 1-0 (10-7) win over Illinois' Allison Falkin.

Senior Krista Damico took on teammate Cierra Gaytan-Leach and was victorious when Gaytan-Leach retired following the opening set.

Texas resumes fall tournament play on Friday, Sept. 23 when it hosts the Longhorn Invitational at Penick-Allison Tennis Center.
