Fox Sports to provide coverage of Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships
COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- University of Texas men’s and women’s swimming and diving fans unable to make the trip to this week’s Big 12 Swimming and Diving Championships (Feb. 14-17) at Texas A&M’s Student Rec Center Natatorium will have live and tape-delayed opportunities to view the championships.
FSN Southwest will air a two-hour, tape-delayed telecast on Thursday, Feb. 22 beginning at 1 p.m. Central. Bill Jones will call the action, while former UT All-American and Olympic gold medalist Josh Davis will provide color commentary. Former Olympic diver Cynthia Potter will call the diving action. The telecast will air on FSN Southwest once more on Sunday, Feb. 25 at 2 a.m. Central. FSN also will air the telecast on many of its regional affiliates (see FSN clearances .pdf).
Additionally, Texas A&M, in conjunction with the Big 12 Conference, will offer a live video stream of the championship finals in each event this week at AggieAthletics.com. Users must have a broadband internet connection and a CSTV All-Access player, and Macintosh users will not be able to access the player. The live video stream will not be archived for later viewing.
