Member of the U.S. Junior National Team that won the silver medal at the 2003 Junior World Championships in Nanjing, China ... made three appearances in the tournament, going 2-0 in two starts and one relief appearance ... had a 0.00 ERA in 7.0 innings and tossed 14 strikeouts while holding opponents to a .100 batting average ... credited with a perfect game in the team's 20-0 victory over Thailand, which was called after 3.0 innings because of the international run-rule; struck out all nine batters she faced.
NATIONALLY
Played club ball for the Texas Elite out of Grand Prairie, Texas, under head coach J.D. Bancroft ... the Elite were 2002 NSA World Champions after winning the USSA World Championship in 2001 ... earned 2001 USSA World Championships Most Outstanding Pitcher accolades ... the Elite won two ASA regional titles (2000, 2002) and three state titles (1996, 1998 and 2001) ... helped the Elite finish 17th in the ASA 18-Under Gold Nationals in 2003.
