Times set for NCAA first and second round matches at Myers Stadium
AUSTIN, Texas -- Times for the 2005 NCAA Women's Soccer Championship Tournament first and second round matches being held at Myers Stadium on Friday, Nov. 11 and Sunday, Nov. 13 have been set. While No. 3 seed California (14-3-2) will take on Rice (13-6-1) at 4 p.m. Central on Friday, the Longhorns (11-8-1) will square off with UTEP (19-3-1) later that evening at 6:30 p.m. Central or 30 minutes following the first match. The winners of those two games will then meet on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m. Central. Ticket prices for the tournament games are $7 for adults and $3 for youth/students. All tickets are general admission. Those wishing to purchase tickets may order them on-line at or buy them in person at the Myers Stadium ticket office beginning 90 minutes prior to kickoff each day (2:30 p.m. Central on Friday and 12:30 p.m. Central on Sunday). Of note, Friday tickets are good for both matches.
