No. 19 West Virginia (10-3-4, 6-0-1 Big 12) at Texas (7-9-1, 4-3-0 Big 12) AUSTIN, Texas - Texas Soccer ends the 2012 regular season with its first Big 12 Conference meeting against No. 19 West Virginia Friday at 7:30 p.m. Prior to the contest, seniors Kara Hoffman, Hannah Higgins and Kristin Cummins will be honored on the field as part of the Senior Night festivities. For Friday's match, fans can purchase a $15 Tailgate Chair Bundle Pack or a $5 Mama Fu's Bundle Pack. The tailgate chair offer includes one general admission ticket and one Texas Longhorns tailgate chair. Tickets and tailgate chairs must be picked up at the match. The deadline to order is Thursday, Oct. 25 at 4 p.m. The Mama Fu's offer includes a general admission ticket along with a coupon for a free entrée at Mama Fu's Asian House. The deadline to order is Friday, Oct. 26 at noon. Tickets and coupons must be picked up on the day of the match. Entering the regular season finale, Texas sophomore Sharis Lachappelle has scored three goals in league matches, tied for the eighth most in the Big 12. She tallied the tying goal last Friday at Baylor in the 89th minute to send the contest into overtime. West Virginia has already claimed the Big 12 Conference regular season title in its first year in the league. The Mountaineers won the last five Big East Women's Soccer Championships prior to joining the Big 12 and have made 12 consecutive trips to the NCAA Tournament. This season, WVU is paced on offense by sophomore forward Kate Schwindel's 25 points while junior forward Frances Silva tops the team with 10 goals, including four game winners. Sophomore goalkeeper Sara Keane has recorded seven shutouts and 69 saves to go along with a 0.88 goals against average, the third-best mark in the league. Texas returns to action Wednesday in the quarterfinals of the Big 12 Championship in San Antonio. The Longhorns' seed, opponent and match time will be determined after all of Friday's league matches are completed.
