Soccer to open 2006 spring exhibition schedule on Sunday, Feb. 26
AUSTIN, Texas -- University of Texas head women's soccer coach Chris Petrucelli announced the first two games of his team's spring exhibition schedule on Thursday, Feb. 23. The Longhorns will play their first exhibition tilt on Sunday, Feb. 26 at the Town & Country Sports Complex in Austin (between Parmer Lane and RR 620) against TCU at 2 p.m. Central. The Horns then welcome the Challenge Soccer Club to Myers Stadium on Tuesday, Feb. 28 for a 7 p.m. Central game. The remainder of the Horns spring exhibition slate will be announced at a later date as details are still being finalized. Please note that all matches played in Austin are free and open to the public. Additionally, all dates and times are subject to change. Notably, UT's spring soccer practice runs through April 10.
