VANDERBILT CONNECTION: To say that Texas head coach Martha Richards and assistant coach Tracy Parsons are familiar with the Vanderbilt Legends Club would be an understatement.  Before taking over the reins of the Texas program in 2007, Richards guided Vanderbilt to two NCAA Top-10 finishes and mentored seven All-Americans during her seven-year stint with the Commodores.  Parsons served as Richards’ assistant coach at Vanderbilt for three seasons (2004-07) before also making the move to Texas.
