FRANKLIN, Tenn. -- A pair of top-10 finishes by senior Desiree Dubreuil and freshman Tezira Abe guided the Texas Women's Golf team to a fourth-place finish in its season-debut at the Mason Rudolph Championship Sunday afternoon at Vanderbilt Legends Club. The Longhorns completed the 54-hole tourney at 34-over 898 (294-295-309) and finished nine-strokes behind first-place Arizona (298-286-305=889).

Dubreuil (73-73-77=223) co-led the Longhorns in Sunday's final round with a team-best 5-over 77, while Abe (73-72-78) carded a 78 to complete her first collegiate tournament.

Senior Haley Stephens (77-71-77) matched Dubreuil's 77 and finished two strokes behind her teammates at 9-over 225 to tie for 15^th place. Senior Katelyn Sepmoree (73-79-77=229) tied for 28^th place and freshman Taylor Kim (75-83-82=240) rounded out the Texas squad in a tie for 66^th.

Freshman Natalie Karcher and senior Madison Pressel competed as individuals for the Longhorns this weekend, with Karcher (77-75-80=232) taking a share of 41^st place and Pressel (75-76-85=236) finishing 58^th in the event.

Georgia's Emilie Burger finished first at even-par 216 (72-72-72) for the entire tournament. Burger was the only competitor that was not over-par for the weekend.

The Longhorns will return to the course Oct. 19-21 at the Stanford Invitational.
