Forward Tiffany (Jackson) Jones began her professional career with the New York Liberty as the fifth overall selection in the 2007 WNBA Draft. After being traded to Tulsa in June 2010, Jones enjoyed a breakthrough season with the Shock and earned a position in the starting lineup.

Prior to the start of the 2012 season, the Shock announced that Jones will miss the entire season as she is expecting her first child. She is due in the winter.

In 2011, Jones averaged a career-high and team-best 12.4 points, 8.4 rebounds and 33.9 minutes in her first full season with the Shock. She started 32 of 34 games, and her 11 double-doubles ranked third in the league. Jones ranked fourth in the league in rebounds per game, second in total minutes played (1,152), second in total offensive rebounds (100) and fourth in total rebounds (286)

Jones finished the 2010 WNBA season as the 18th-leading rebounder with 9.6 rpg and ranked 19th in steals (2.23 spg). She started in 17 games and also averaged 23.7 mpg.

During her three-year career with the Liberty, Jones appeared in 102 games. She earned her first professional start on July 30, 2009, against Washington and started eight more games during the season. Also in 2009, Jones led the Liberty in rebounds six times, scored in double figures on five occasions and collected five or more boards in 12 games. She appeared in the first 25 games of the 2008 season before missing the final nine regular season contests due to injury. During her rookie season in 2007, Jones appeared in all 34 games, and was the leading reserve scorer (7.7 ppg) and rebounder (4.3 rpg) in a three-game playoff series versus the Shock.

While at Texas, the All-Big 12 First Team standout led the 2006-08 Longhorns in scoring (16.0 ppg), rebounding (9.0 rpg), blocks (41, 1.3 bpg) and steals (80, 2.5 spg), and was an Associated Press, Kodak and U.S. Basketball Writers Association All-America pick during her UT career.
