Women's Basketball and North Texas meet at Erwin Center at 2 p.m. on 'Women's Basketball Autograph Day'
AUSTIN, Texas -- This afternoon (Sunday, Dec. 18) at the Frank Erwin Center, Jody Conradt's No. 19 ranked Longhorns (4-3) host 7-1 North Texas in a 2 p.m. game. It is "Texas Basketball Autograph Day" at the Erwin Center, as all fans are invited to an autograph session with the Longhorns players after the game. Both teams are coming off layoffs following fall semester final examinations. Texas had a 10-day layoff due to final exams and is playing the third of four consecutive home games. This is the longest homestand of the year for the Longhorns. They will close this homestand out on Wednesday night (Dec. 21) when Texas A&M-Corpus Christi comes to the Erwin Center for a 7 p.m. contest. North Texas has the second-best start in program history while winning seven of its first eight contests. Following the game and media interviews, all Longhorns players will assemble back on the court to meet and greet the fans on "Texas Basketball Autograph Day". The autograph session will take place on the court. As a courtesy to all interested fans, there is a two-item limit per person for autographs. There also is a "Holiday Ticket Special" for today's game. Fans who buy two general admission tickets receive one FREE general admission ticket as well. UT Students can enter to win $25 Simon Longhorn Giftcards, and can enter at the marketing tables located outside section 29 and 44 in the concourse.
