AUSTIN, Texas -- The Texas Women's Basketball team will hold walk-on tryouts Monday, Oct. 29, for students looking to compete for a spot on the 2012-13 roster. 

In order to participate, students must pick up forms no later than Oct. 16 in the Women's Basketball office and must bring a valid insurance card at that time. Participants must also have proof of the following in order to try out:

• Completed physical
• ECO and Sickle Cell testing
• Register with the NCAA Eligibility Center
