Tiffany Jackson was named Philips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Player of the Week on Monday, Jan. 23, following consecutive double figure scoring and rebounding in UT victories over Nebraska and Kansas State... Voting was conducted by a media voting panel for games played from Jan. 16-22. Jackson earned the seventh Big 12 weekly honor in her career, and her first in 2005-06... She is the first UT player to claim Big 12 weekly honors this season... Oklahoma's 6-4 freshman post Courtney Paris was named Big 12 Rookie of the Week for the fifth time this year as she averaged 20 points, 15 rebounds and 5.5 blocks against Texas Tech and No. 8 Baylor.
