Remember to arrive 2-1/2 hours early on gamedays to participate in the Stadium Stampede.

When you hear Smokey the Cannon fire, head to the corner of 23rd St. and Robert Dedman Dr. (just west of the LBJ Fountain) to greet Texas Football, Texas Cheer and Pom, and the Longhorn Band. Fans will line 23rd St. to the Tom & Cinda Hicks North Gate in anticipation of the Longhorns' arrival at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. The players and coaches will unload from their buses and walk down the street as fans cheer them on. The Stadium Stampede concludes when Texas Football enters the stadium through the North Gate.
