COVERING THE MEET

• Credentials are granted to authorized working press, University of Texas approved officials and event management personnel only.
• Media organization identification and the name of the media member covering the event for that outlet are required for every credential.
• Passes are not transferable. Media members that need to alter their original request should do so by contacting Shawn Nestor.
• Media credential requests must be received by Friday, March 22 (5 p.m. Central) to receive consideration.
• Space in the Mike A. Myers Stadium press box is limited. There also will be a tent adjacent to the press box designated for media. Working space and credentials will be allotted based on the following priority guidelines:
1. Daily newspapers covering for next-day publication (based on circulation)
• Wire services and national publications
• UT Web site partners and visiting university Web site partners
2. Officially recognized University of Texas and visiting university student newspapers, publications and news outlets
3. Radio and television personnel reporting on the event
4. Web site reporters with a primary focus on athletics, specifically track and field
5. Non-daily newspapers or publications reporting on the event

Media Will Call: There is a Media Will Call located in the Mike A. Myers Stadium press box. Prior to entering the garage, you may park briefly on Robert Dedman Dr. (road in between Myers Stadium and Royal-Memorial Stadium) along the west curb (closest to Royal-Memorial Stadium) for a maximum of 15 minutes, with your flashers on. From there, on foot, enter the parking garage via the entrance in the middle of the garage, directly across from Royal-Memorial Stadium, and take the elevator to the sixth floor. The press box will be straight ahead when you get off the elevator. Media Will Call is available anytime throughout the meet in the Myers press box. Mary Kusek, of the Texas media relations staff, is the contact in the Myers Press Box.

Media Entrance: All media should check in with the UT Athletics media relations staff at the Mike A. Myers Stadium press box when arriving at the stadium. The press box is located on the roof of the Manor Garage (enter on Robert Dedman Dr.), which is attached to Mike A. Myers Stadium. Elevators are located on all levels, which can be used to access the roof (sixth floor on the elevators).

Parking: Parking is extremely limited for the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. All media that are issued a parking pass for the Manor Garage (attached to Mike A. Myers Stadium) are asked to access the garage via the Robert Dedman Dr. entrance and proceed to the roof to park. Due to the limited number of spaces, parking will be allotted based on the following priority guidelines:
