On the win: We are excited, we had that on our minds and it feels good that we were able to follow through on the win.
Women's Hammer Throw University/College
Terran Alexander, UTEP
On the win: Because I'm from Texas this is what you work for basically besides conference and nationals. This is the place you want to be. This meet is known for greatness and I feel like I fit in that category now.
Women's Heptathlon University/College
Chelsea Carrier, West Virginia
On the win: It feels really good. It's my first year competing here. The facilities are really nice. I'm very happy. I set PRs in a lot of events this weekend. It's my first heptathlon since freshman year. I'm really excited about it. Hopefully I can just keep improving.
Men's 800 Meter Run Invitational

Men's 4x800 Relay University/College
Joey Roberts, Texas A&M
On the win: It feels fantastic after coming here last year and placing fourth to come off this race with such a deep seeded field such as Arkansas we are really thankful and this is a great achievement for our program and I think the world knows we are really coming out.
Men's Hammer Throw University/College
Chris Cralle, Sam Houston State
On the win: I'd never won here before and I've come here for six years now. It wasn't my best day, but there were some good marks. It was a good day and a nice competition.
Men's Decathlon University/College
Michael Morrison, California
On the win: I feel great I came in and the goal was to qualify for outdoor nationals. I have been working for the decathlon all year round and I didn't quite set myself up to peak indoor, and I feel like I am going to carry the momentum on outdoor and I feel like I am going to put some big numbers up for the rest of the year.
