Your third-ranked Texas Volleyball team kicks off the 2010 season in the Burnt Orange Classic this weekend at Gregory Gym. The Longhorns host TCU on Friday, Aug. 27 at 6:30 p.m. followed by matches against McNeese State at noon and Houston at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 28.
The first 300 students to attend either the TCU or Houston match will receive a 2010 Horns' House t-shirt. To get a shirt, students need to present their student ID at the Texas Athletics table, then provide a signature acknowledging receipt of the shirt. The table is located at the southwest corner of Gregory Gym (size subject to availability; limit one per person; students may not receive a shirt at both matches).
The Horns' House is the student seating section at Gregory Gym, located across from the team benches and within 15 feet of the court, and allows students to be right on top of the action and take part in one of the most electric athletics atmospheres on campus. Come out and make Gregory Gym the toughest place to play in the nation.
