2011 Hook 'Em tryouts to be held April 23

Do you ever feel like wearing burnt orange and white just doesn't truly show all of your school spirit? Well, this is your opportunity to take it to the next level! Tryout to be Hook 'Em, the official costumed mascot of UT Athletics, for the 2011-12 school year. Help out the team and fire up the crowd by putting on the costume and becoming the No. 1 fan of UT Athletics. Tryouts will be held on Saturday, April 23 at 11 a.m. inside Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. The deadline to sign up is Friday, April 1.
