Nov. 20, 2008 AUSTIN, Texas -- University of Texas head men's tennis coach Michael Center announced Thursday the signings of four prep standouts to National Letters of Intent. Chris Camillone (Austin, Texas), Ben Chen (Spring, Texas), Grant Fleming (Overland Park, Kan.) and Daniel Whitehead (Sugar Land, Texas) signed National Letters of Intent and will join the UT men's tennis program in the fall of 2009. "We're excited to add four outstanding players to our roster for next year," UT coach Michael Center said. "We're happy to welcome three Texans next year, but we welcome the opportunity to recruit on a national level, as well. These young men are outstanding students and great people. We look forward to their arrival in Austin next fall. Chen, the nation's 19th-ranked player by TennisRecruiting.net, is the top-ranked player in Texas. Chen has captured Super Championship Major Zone singles events in Austin, Houston and College Station in 2008.
