Men's Tennis eliminated from ITA South Central Regional Championships
FORT WORTH, Texas -- University of Texas junior Milan Mihailovic (Nis, Serbia) and sophomore Miguel Reyes Varela (Cuernavaca, Mexico) were eliminated from the doubles draw Tuesday at the ITA South Central Regional Championships at TCU's Friedman Tennis Center. Mihailovic and Reyes Varela suffered an 8-5 semifinal defeat to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's Andrei Kumantsov and Mikail Pavlov, who went on to defeat Baylor's Matt Brown and David Galic in the tournament finals. Texas returns to action this weekend when it hosts the Texas Invitational from Friday, Oct. 27 through Sunday, Oct. 29 at the Penick-Allison Tennis Center on the UT campus.
