Texas-Tulsa men's tennis match canceled

AUSTIN, Texas – Rain has forced the cancellation of the Texas-Tulsa men’s tennis match being contested Sunday at UT’s Penick-Allison Tennis Center. Texas took a 1-0 lead after sweeping the three doubles matches. The six singles matches had been in progress for nearly an hour before light rain forced a delay in the match. The match was canceled due to the intermittent rain and Tulsa’s scheduled departure from Austin later this afternoon. The match featuring Texas and Texas-Permian Basin remains scheduled for 6 p.m. Sunday.
