Corrie, Mladenov eliminated from qualifying doubles draw at ITA All-American Championships

TULSA, Okla. -- Texas junior Ed Corrie and freshman Vasko Mladenov were unable to stave off elimination from the qualifying doubles draw Wednesday on day five of the ITA All-American Championships. Oklahoma's Ionut Beleleu and Andrei Daescu dealt the Texas duo an 8-3 defeat in the qualifying doubles round of 16. Corrie will join UT senior All-American Dimitar Kutrovsky in the opening round of the main singles draw on Thursday, and Kutrovsky will join classmate Josh Zavala in the main doubles draw.
