· Competed in the 200 freestyle in five regular-season meets, with a second-place finish in his consolation heat at the Texas Invitational (1:39.52), third-place showings against Georgia (1:40.90) and Texas A&M (1:40.92) and a fourth-place finish at Auburn (1:39.67)
· Took sixth in the 500 freestyle against Auburn (4:39.57) and completed an exhibition against Texas A&M (4:38.38)
· Placed fourth in his 100 freestyle consolation heat at the Texas Invitational (45.51)
AS A FRESHMAN (2005-06)
· Garnered All-America status twice at the NCAA Championships as part of two relay teams, including the 800-yard freestyle relay (1:35.21 - third split) that finished third and the 400-yard freestyle relay (43.79 - second split)
