2012 U.S. OLYMPIC TRIALS
• Placed 11th in the 100m backstroke (55.03/54.93p), 30th in the 100m freestyle (50.29), 43rd in the 200m backstroke (2:03.79) and 61st in the 100m butterfly (54.72)
AS A FRESHMAN (2011-12)
• Swam the third leg on the national championship 800 freestyle relay team (6:15.55)
• Garnered All-America honors with his seventh place finish in the 100 backstroke (46.41)at the NCAA Championships
• Also finished 13th in the 200 backstroke (1:43.09)for honorable mention All-America honors
• Won the Big 12 Championship in the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:43.38 and the 800 freestyle relay with a time of 6:19.28
• Also won the 200 backstroke against Michigan and Indiana (1:45.92) and in the SMU dual (1:52.32)
• Finished second in the 100 backstroke (47.37) and sixth in the 100 butterfly (47.76) at the Big 12 Championships
