Rosenfeld tied for fourth at All-America Classic

EL PASO, Texas -- Junior Matthew Rosenfeld (Plano, Texas) is tied for fourth place at five-under-par, 16 holes into the second round of the Western Refining All-America Golf Classic. He carded a first-round two-under 69 at El Paso Country Club (Par 71, 6,817 yards) and is currently three-under-par with three holes to play in the second round. The second round had to be postponed due to weather and play will resume on Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 8:15 a.m. (Central).

"I played pretty well," said Rosenfeld. "I need to do a better job with my wedges and execute a little better. If I do that, I have a good shot at being in the lead group going into the final round tomorrow."

Rosenfeld is currently tied with Auburn's Lee Williams, three strokes off the lead which is held by New Mexico's Spencer Levin at eight-under-par. Georgia Tech's Nicholas Thompson is in second at seven-under and Oklahoma State's Alex Noren is in third at six-under-par.

Second-round play will resume on Tuesday, Nov. 23 at 8:15 a.m. (Central) followed by the third round of action beginning at 9:30 a.m. (Central).
