WHAT: Texas resumes the 2008 spring season at the Southern Highlands Collegiate Invitational

WHEN: Friday, March 7 - Sunday, March 9

WHO: Joining the Longhorns in a very challenging field will be host UNLV, Air Force, Arizona, Arizona State, Charlotte, Florida, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Hawai'i, Minnesota, Oklahoma State, USC, Texas A&M and UCLA.

WHERE: Southern Highlands Golf Club - Las Vegas, Neb.

TEXAS STARTERS: Texas coach John Fields will start sophomore Charlie Holland, redshirt freshman Bobby Hudson, sophomore Lance Lopez, senior Jace Moore and freshman Donald Constable.

LAST TIME OUT: Texas placed 11th at the 15-team Puerto Rico Classic on March 2. Sophomore Charlie Holland placed third at six-under par.
