 
Q&A with Vince Young: August 25
Vince Young checked in with MackBrown-TexasFootball.com following Wednesday night's scrimmage. On leading the offense: I just need to remain poised and keep the offense moving. I feel like it's my job to keep everybody motivated and excited about playing football. On the offense in the scrimmage: On the week leading up to the game: I just want to remain loose, while keeping the spirits of the team up. We'll finally be facing another team, so it's time to take our game up a notch. We know North Texas is going to come after us and play like they've got nothing to lose, so we better be prepared. They are a tough team and they've been doing well in their conference, so we need to make sure we play well and execute. On Erik Hardeman: He played very well tonight. He stepped up tonight. He took some big hits but he ran the ball well and made some big first downs for us. He's doing a great job using what coach Haywood has taught him and he showed coach Brown that if he needs him, he'll be ready to play.
