Why did you choose to attend the University of Texas?
The atmosphere. Just coming to junior days and getting to know all of the other recruits, it felt like the right place to be.
Have you noticed a welcoming, family atmosphere since you’ve arrived?
It’s always hard leaving home, and it feels like you’ve never left just after being around everybody.
How are you feeling about starting your college career?
I am very excited because this isn’t high school anymore, and now you can build your character and show everybody what you were recruited for.
What advice have people given you about attending college?
Time management is what you really need to worry about. And knowing what to focus on and what not to.
How has your family handled your start on this new journey?
My mom is steadily crying. My dad is excited, and I am really excited.
