The kickoff time for Texas' game at UCLA on Sept. 17 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.,  has been set for 2:30 p.m. Central and will be televised by ABC with a reverse mirror on ESPN.

Texas and UCLA have met five times in their history with the Bruins leading the series, 3-2. The Longhorns won the first two contests, while UCLA has won the last three. The teams last met in Los Angeles in 1998.
