Scott Spencer is in his sixth season in the Longhorn football program and his second as a graduate assistant coach. A former walk-on at The University of Texas, Spencer's duties include assisting the defensive coaching staff and working with the linebackers, producing opponent scouting reports and organizing the scout team. A 1998 graduate of Texas with a degree in kinesiology, Spencer earned a master's of education from UT in 2003. A Conroe, Texas native, Spencer was a three-year letterwinner and two-year starter as a strong safety and tight end at Conroe H.S. He and his wife, Kristin, have two daughters, Parker and Campbell. |
