• Tuesday’s contest marks the 163rd meeting between Texas and TCU and the second as Big 12 Conference opponents. The Horns hold a 100-62 lead in the all-time series and have won five straight and nine of the last 10 meetings. TCU holds a 42-35 advantage in games played in Fort Worth.
• As a former Southwest Conference member, TCU is Texas’ fifth most-common opponent in program history. With UT’s 60-43 victory over TCU on Feb. 2, the Horned Frogs became the fifth program that Texas has defeated 100 or more times in school history.
