Notes at a Glance
• Wednesday's contest on ESPN2 marks the 24th meeting between Texas and Kansas State. The Wildcats hold a 13-10 lead in the all-time series which dates back to an 87-60 K-State win in Manhattan on Dec. 8, 1971. Texas won the last meeting, 75-64, on Feb. 11, 2012 in Austin. The Longhorns are 9-7 against Kansas State in the Rick Barnes era.
• Texas has averaged 13.3 turnovers in the last 11 games, compared to 19.3 in the first eight games. UT committed a season-low 10 turnovers against Texas Tech on Jan. 26.
• The Longhorns recorded a season-high 14 steals against Texas Tech (1/26).
• UT will be seeking its first road win of the season on Wednesday. The Horns are 0-4 in true road games this season.
