AUSTIN, Texas ­ -- The Texas Longhorns will play four fall baseball games this season, including a pair at The Dell Diamond in nearby Round Rock, the team announced on Thursday.

The Longhorns host Rice on Sunday, Oct. 19 at 1:30 p.m. and Texas State on Sunday, Nov. 2 at 12 p.m.

In addition, Texas travels to Waco for a game against Baylor on Sunday, Oct. 12 and Houston to play Rice on Sunday, Oct. 26.

With a new FieldTurf playing surface being installed at UFCU Disch-Falk Field, the Longhorns will conduct practices at various locations in the fall.

The Horns open practice with a Scout Day at The Dell Diamond in Round Rock on Sunday, Sep. 21. They will also have practices at Austin High School and the player development area at UFCU Disch-Falk Field.
