Two Baseball players named to Perfect Game Top 30 list for California Collegiate League

Perfect Game released its Top 30 Prospects list from the summer season of the California Collegiate League as two Longhorns made the list. Junior catcher Jacob Felts was slotted in the No. 6 spot while sophomore outfielder Taylor Stell was selected in the No. 25 spot. Felts and Stell both played for the Santa Barbara Foresters which won its second-straight NBC World Series title in Wichita. Felts batted .270 (33-for-122) in 38 games with three home runs and 17 RBI. Stell batted .264 (23-for-87) with one home run, 11 RBI and 15 stolen bases.
