Dates set for Baseball Super Regional
June 1, 2009 AUSTIN, Texas -- The NCAA announced dates for the 2009 Austin Super Regional, and Texas found out its best-of-three series against TCU will begin Saturday, June 6 at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. The first pitch for Saturday’s game is set for 5 p.m. Central, and the game will be televised live on ESPNU. Sunday’s game is slated for 2 p.m. with television booked for ESPN. If necessary, Monday’s game will start at either Noon or 6 p.m. and will be televised on either ESPN or ESPN2. The Longhorns faced TCU earlier in the season and posted a 6-0 win over the Horned Frogs on April 7. The winner of the Austin Super Regional advances to the College World Series which is set for June 13-24. TICKETS
