•Made his first collegiate appearance against New Mexico (2/21).
•Scored one run during his first career start against Iowa (3/13).
•Went one-for-one against Nebraska with one run (3/20).
•Logged two hits in three at-bats, with two runs, two RBI, and one triple against UT Arlington (4/20).
•Drove in the game-winning run against Baylor (5/1), after going 1-for-1 at the plate.

•A three-year letterwinner as an infielder, outfielder and pitcher for Coach Jerry Dawson at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Arizona.
•Tabbed a First Team Class 4A All-State infielder by the Arizona Republic and a first-team all-region player as a senior.
•Hit .527 with 31 runs, 51 hits, 22 doubles, two triples and 32 RBI as a batter and posted a 3-1 record with a 1.84 ERA and 18 strikeouts in 24 innings as a pitcher during senior campaign.
•Hit .410 with 32 runs, 46 hits, 14 doubles, five triples, one home run, 28 RBI and eight stolen bases as a junior earn Desert Sky All-Region honors as a junior in 2008.
•Led Chaparral to a Class 4A Division I title in 2008, hitting .700 with six runs and seven RBI in four playoff games and earning Defensive Player of the Game recognition in the title game.
•Batted .330 with 28 runs, 40 hits, 16 doubles, two triples, one home run and 22 RBI as a sophomore to earn Desert Sky All-Region Honorable Mention as a sophomore.
