I've donated online before on TexasBoxOffice.com. Do I need to create a new account?
Yes. You need to create a donor login account on DonorNet. DonorNet works with the Longhorn Foundation database to store your donation history, contact information, and ticket information. It is separate from your account with Texas Box Office and provides a more user-friendly option to complete your Longhorn Foundation donation online.

What is the difference between TexasBoxOffice.com and DonorNet?
Texas Box Office is used to purchase tickets for any event at UT. DonorNet is specifically available for Longhorn Foundation donors to make their annual gift online, set up a payment schedule, submit changes to personal contact information, and view donation history. Tickets cannot be purchased through DonorNet, only through Texas Box Office.

Can I order tickets through DonorNet?
No. You can order tickets online through TexasBoxOffice.com. DonorNet is strictly for Longhorn Foundation donors who wish to renew their benefits and update their information online.

If I sign up for DonorNet, do I have to sign up for a new account with TexasBoxOffice.com?
No. Signing up for a DonorNet account will not affect your account with Texas Box Office. You may utilize your account on TexasBoxOffice.com anytime you would like to renew your season tickets or purchase tickets for any event.

What is the difference between a pledge and a donation?
There is no difference between a pledge and a donation in relation to The Longhorn Foundation Annual Fund. Your pledge amount is the donation you owe to retain your season tickets and seat location(s) for all sports you hold season tickets.

Will I receive a confirmation email after making my contribution on DonorNet?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email thanking you for your donation. The email will include the date of your transaction, payment method, billing address, and your donation details including the year you made your contribution for, amount, and fund drive it was made in.

Where do I go to specify which sport(s) I would like a preferred parking permit?
From the screen that shows your account information (left tab for "Your Account") you click on Edit. This option will take you to your contact information. If you are eligible for parking (must have season tickets and make at least a $150 contribution), you will have the ability to choose which sport(s) you would like preferred parking.
