Hospitality Opportunities

Texas Hoops Club – Women’s Basketball
Longhorn Foundation donors who purchase Women's Basketball season tickets have access to the Texas Hoops Club hospitality area located in the Lone Star Room at the Frank Erwin Center. Donors can access this club beginning an hour and a half before tipoff through halftime. A variety of food and beverages are available for purchase. Food sales end at tipoff while alcohol sales cease at the end of halftime. This season, donors receive the number scan cards not to exceed the number of season tickets a donor purchases. The Lone Star Room is located through the Red River Street entrance on the west side of the Frank Erwin Center.

Center Court Club – Men’s Basketball
Longhorn Foundation donors who purchase Men's Basketball season tickets have access to the Center Court Club hospitality area located in the Lone Star Room at the Frank Erwin Center. Donors can access this club beginning an hour and a half before tipoff through halftime. A variety of food and beverages are available for purchase. Food sales end at tipoff while alcohol sales cease at the end of halftime. This season, donors receive scan cards based on their donation level and the number of season tickets (see Benefits Chart for details). The Lone Star Room is located through the Red River Street entrance on the west side of the Frank Erwin Center.

Courtside Club – Men’s & Women’s Basketball
The Courtside Club hospitality area is for Longhorn Foundation donors who have purchased courtside season tickets in rows A, B, and 1. Courtside Club donors have access to a hospitality area located in Denton A. Cooley Pavilion pregame and during halftime donors can walk down the hall from their courtside seats to a donor amenity room. Included in your donation is a pregame buffet featuring a variety of food items. A full cash bar is available for donors pregame and at halftime. Alcohol sales cease at the end of halftime. Basketball Suites
Basketball suite holders can enjoy both Men’s and Women’s basketball home games from the comfort of their own suite. Suite holders also have the option to purchase tickets to other events held at the Frank Erwin Center. Suites have occupancy of 12 to 16 people depending on the location. Basketball suites are sold out for the 2012-13 season. If you have questions, please contact The Longhorn Foundation at (512) 475-7578.

Parking – Men’s Basketball
Longhorn Foundation donors who have season tickets and make an annual contribution of at least $1,000 are allocated one parking permit which allows for access to Lot 108 (south of the Frank Erwin Center), the Trinity Garage (located at the corner of Trinity and MLK) or Lot 80 (located at the corner of 20th Street and Robert Dedman Drive). Donors who give between $150 and $999 annually receive one parking permit that allows access to the Trinity Garage or Lot 80.

Parking – Women’s Basketball
Longhorn Foundation donors who have season tickets and make an annual contribution of at least $600 are allocated one parking permit which allows for access to Lot 108 (south of Frank Erwin Center), Lot 80 (located at the corner of 20th Street and Robert Dedman Drive) or the Trinity Garage (located at the corner of Trinity and MLK). Donors who annually give between $150 and $599 receive one parking permit that allows access to either Lot 108 or Lot 80.

Parking - ADA
ADA parking is available in Lot 118 (north of Frank Erwin Center) at no cost for Longhorn Foundation donors who present a Longhorn Foundation Texas Basketball parking permit. The person with an ADA state placard or license plate MUST be in the vehicle. Questions about ADA parking should be directed to UT Parking and Transportation Services at (512) 471-7275.
