The 2012 Texas Football season ticket allocation process is underway! This labor-intensive project usually takes around four weeks to complete. Seat locations will not be released until season tickets begin to go out in the mail from our printing company around the second week of August. Once season tickets start going out in the mail, donors can go online to DonorNet to see their seat locations!
There will be three separate mailings this year for donors (if eligible):
- Season tickets (no signature required);
- Parking permits (via USPS, signature required service);
- Hospitality scan cards (no signature required).
All three mailings will take place during the second and third week of August.
Parking permits and hospitality scan cards will be allocated during the month of July. Parking permit locations will be available on DonorNet once they are in the mail.
New for 2012: The Longhorn Foundation will use whichever delivery method (mail or will call) and whichever address you have on file for your season tickets to mail your parking permit and hospitality scan cards. Please contact the UT Athletics Ticket Office (512-471-3333 or 1-800-982-BEVO) if you need to change your mailing address. The final date to make an address change for these mailings is Monday, July 16.
Tickets for away games, including Texas-OU and Ole Miss, will not be allocated until early August. The Longhorn Foundation will release run-out levels for these games as soon as they are available. All away game tickets will be mailed two to three weeks prior to the game.
